d a communication from Mr. Nimmo, late Storekeeper, setting forth the causes which prevented his non-compliance with the requirements of the Commonwealth in executing his bond, &c, and asking for an extension of time. Mr. Bigger, in view of the character of the communication of Mr. Nimmo, moved to postpone the subject until the 2d day of February which was not agreed to.
