Court Proceedings. Mayor's Court, Wednesday, Jan. 21. --Hugh gan, arrested on Tuesday by the police on the complaint of John Mc Mara, who charged him with stealing a horse and mare, was brought up for examination, when it appearing that the offence, if any, had been committed in Henrico county, a policeman was directed to take the defendant before a county magistrate. William Frances was required to answer, for getting drunk, behaving disorderly, and breaking down the door of Etta Johnson's house. Hiram K. Phillips, George Brougham, and Peter Dougherty, who had joined him in the noisy demonstration inside of Miss Johnson's residence was side arraigned for their share in the transaction. The whole party, in default of security, were sent to jail. John J. Galnes, a soldier, found by the watch drunk and unable to take care of himself, was sent before the Provost Marshal to be dispatched to his company. J. Rady was arraigned for getting drunk and breaking the wind
