Ran away From the C, S 1st Becan's Quarter Branch about the 1st of February, two negro men named Delaware and Min. Delaware was hired from F M Tabb & Son and belongs to Mrs. Jno Mutter of Hanover county, and was hired last year to Mr. George Turner. He is a sort of bricklayer, and is probably doing job work about the city. He is about 5 feet or 8 inches high, copper colored, and about 23 year of age. Ben was hired from W S Philips, and belongs to Fing Graves of Chesterfield county. He is back, about 5 feet 2 or 10 inches high and about 24 years old. I understand he is kind of backwater around the markets and the city, which occupation he may now be engaged to. A liberal reward will be paid for the delivery of the above named negroes to me, or confined many jail in the city, so that they can be procured. W. S. Wood. Major and Q. M. Army transportation.
