The consideration of the bill to organize the Supreme Court of the Confederate States was resumed, the pending question being on the adoption of the amendment of Mr. Clay, of Ala., repealing the 45th and 46th sections of the act of the Provisional Congress, approved March 16th, 1861. Mr. Yancey proceeded to address the Senate at some length in favor of the proposed amendment of Mr. Clay. He spoke from 11 o'Mr. Clay. He spoke from 11 o'clock till a few minutes of 3 o'clock.
