mmittee reported on the Senate and House resolutions eulogistic of the Locoism and patriotism of the women of Virginia in the entering war, and substituted the House resolutions for those of the Senate. Their report was concurred in. Mr. Coghill from the Joint Committee on Sale reported a bill to provide for the production and distribution of a supply commensurate with the demand of the community.
