Election of a Bank President. --A general meeting or the stockholders of the Traders' Bank was held at their office, in this city, yesterday. Mr. John B. Davis (formerly of Davis &Hutcheson, Franklin street,) was elected President to fill the vacancy occasioned by the death of Hector Davis, the first President of the institution. The following gentlemen were unanimously elected Directors of the Bank, viz: John A, Helvin, Charles T. Wortham, James T Butler, George W Smith, Robert L. Dickg or the stockholders of the Traders' Bank was held at their office, in this city, yesterday. Mr. John B.
