Two hundred dollars reward. --Alonzo and Jim, purchased lately from North Carolina, ran off from the Carbon Hill Mines in Henrico county, on the 18th inst. Alonzo is a black negro, 5 feet 11 inches high, clean hunt round face, rough skin, with thin beard on chin. Jim is a dark brown negro, 5 feet 3½ inches high, very slightly made full short beard on chin and checks; badly thud and dressed. For the apprehension and delivery to me in Richmond of either of these negroes, I will pay $50 if taken up twenty or more miles from Richmond; $50 if taken fifty or more miles, or 00 if taken one hundred or more miles distant. Runaway --On the 19th of April, 1863, from my farm, in Henrico county, near Deep Run Church, two negro men, named Recter and Griffin. Griffin is fifty years old, dark complexion, 5 feet 8 inches high, was bought from Mr. H M Falurkes, near Winterpock Coal Pits, where he has a wife. Rector is light complected, 5 feet 8 or 1hes high, was the property of Col Brent, and was sold to Mr Ellett, of Richmond. The said negro has a wife at Col Brent's, and was purchased by W W Harven of Henrico county. I will give a liberal reward for their delivery to me, or to Wm Heady, at No Main st. or lodged in jail where I can get them.
