Under sentence of death. --A man named Charles Rule, who is now under sentence of death was brought to Richmond yesterday from Gen. Long street's army, and lodged in prison for safe keeping Dale, when caught, belonged to one of the companies of freebooters, known as "Buffaloes," in which system of warfare are embraced such acts as murder, house burning, stealing, and others not recognized in legitimate war.
