Jackson, April --An officer who left Natchitoches on Saturday, reports that Banks's army has been divided into three columns-- one fortifying the town of Osclening, one at Atchafatya, and one at Baton Rouge. Banks has seized all the negroes and stock on the Governor's plantation. Gen. Kerby Smith has arrived at Alexandria from Arkansas with reinforcements — Walker's Texas brigade. Gen.
