Arrests. --The police yesterday arrested Wm. E. Howell, Wm. Frayser, and Jno. Thornton, for going into Jos. Marie's house, eating a dinner, refusing to pay for the same, and abusing Marie's wife. Two men, arrested for being drunk and creating a disturbance at the polls, were put in the cage, and afterwards bailed out to appear before the Mayor this morning.
