Accident. --About 8 o'clock yesterday morning, as a young man named Rooks was passing down Main street, in a small wagon, loaded wish boxes of tobacco, the tongue of the vehicle came out, and the wagon running upon the mules they dashed off. Getting just below Johnston's drug store, the vehicle upset, emptying its contents into the street. Rooks was caught under the boxes and received some slight bruises. He was taken into Messrs.
