Arming in Mississippi. --We learn from the Southern Motive that Choctaw county, Miss., has organized eight new companies, and several more are in progress. Hon. James Drane, the President (we believe) of the Senate, all of whose sons and sons-in-law are in the army, has organized a company of cavalry and gone with them to the scene of action.--Choctaw county, with a voting population of 2,100, had already sent twenty companies to the field, besides conscripts.
