ce. Lincoln and the Dutch — are Intends to be President. Lincoln is unwisely getting into trouble with the Dutch, of whom his army is largely composed. The Dutch of St. Louis held a meeting on the 10th ult., and denounced the shelving of Sigel, Butler and Fremont, and demanded that the Administration restore them to commands. These resolutions were presented to Lincoln on Wednesday last, by Jas. Taussig, who was deputed for that job by the meeting. Mr. Taussig gives the following accGeneral Halleck is not guilty of the charges made against him, most of which arise from misapprehension or ignorance of those who prefer them. 2.
