The fight at Monticello. The Yankee papers have long accounts of the fight at Monticello, Ky., and the defeat of the rebels. From Confederate official dispatches received at Knoxville we gather the following facts about the engagement: On the 9th inst the enemy advanced against Monticello with two regiments of cavalry, one of mounted infantry, and four pieces of artillery.
