Stuart had another cavalry fight and decided victory over the Yankees, on Thursday last, in which he succeeded in driving the enemy below Aldie, in Loudoun county, and in the direction of Centreville. In this fight our loss was quite small, whilst that of the enemy is reported to have been pretty heavy. In this fight our loss was quite small, whilst that of the enemy is reported to have been pretty heavy. Passengers who came down from Gordonsville yesterday, mention a rumor that had reached that town that Stuart had gone into Alexandria, the enemy having entirely abandoned the Virginia side of the Potomac.
