It is believed that important movements of Bragg's and Rosecrans's armies are in progress. No particulars received. The Impressment Commissioners. Atlanta, July 2. --The Impressment Commissioners of the several States met in Convention here to-day. Virginia, North Carolina and Florida were not represented, and the other States only partially. Consequently, the meeting adjourned to the 27th inst., for a full attendance. Important matters will then be submitted for consideration.
