From Tennessee. Atlanta, July 3. --It is reported that Rosecrans is felling back, and that Bragg is reoccupying Tullahoma with heavy force. There has been no raid on the railroad in East Tennessee. [Second Dispatch] Atlanta. July 4 --It is considered certain that Morgan has played havoc with Rosecrans's rear. An important movement is taking place in Gen.
