Creating a disturbance. --Eldridge Floyd, wearing the garb of a Confederate soldier, was arraigned before the Police Court yesterday, charged with getting drunk and creating a disturbance on Main street Tuesday night. The charge, which possesses neither newness nor novelty, was fully substantiated by the testimony elicited in the case, and the delinquent soldier was turned over to the tender considerations of the Provost Marshal. Whether owing to the portentous nature of recent occurrences, or a deficiency in supply of liquor, drunkenness has been less frequent than usual for the past two weeks.
