Running the Blockade. --Martha Hobson, a woman of color, and wife of Hobson the barber, was before the Mayor yesterday, to answer the charge of having returned to this Commonwealth after having voluntarily visited Boston. Martha stated to officer Moore that she left here last summer, went North, remained there eight months, and then returned to Richmond. She was held to bail by the Mayor to answer an indictment at the next Grand Jury term of the Hustings Court.
