Andy Johnson and the Niggers. Chattanooga, Aug. 6. --A gentleman from Nashville says that Andy Johnson reviewed three negro regiments in front of the Capitol a few days ago. He complimented them very highly, and said he had always believed they were the equals of white men, and that exhibition proved it. All quiet in this vicinity. Andy Johnson and the Niggers.
