Scales Turned. --Conrad Baumhard was arraigned before the Mayor last Saturday to answer the charge of resisting Watchman Orange in the discharge of his duty. The evidence proved that a drunken marine accosted the accused, while standing before his door, and brought about a slight scuffle.
