Hustings Court, August 15th, 1863, Joseph Mayo, Mayor, Presiding. --The Grand Jury came into Court and returned eighty true bills against James McGee for selling liquor without a license. Also, eighty true bills against McGee for keeping a disorderly house. The Grand Jury also returned a true bill against Napoleon Burke and John Hammond, two of Gen. Winder's detectives, for forcibly seizing the liquor of Michael Walls, on Broad street, and conducting themselves in excess of authoritMcGee for keeping a disorderly house. The Grand Jury also returned a true bill against Napoleon Burke and John Hammond, two of Gen. Winder's detectives, for forcibly seizing the liquor of Michael Walls, on Broad street, and conducting themselves in excess of authority. Also, against Napoleon Burke and John Hammond, a true bill for assault and battery, committed upon Michael Walls. Nothing was done in the Court except continuing cases. At 3 o'clock the Court took a recess until 5 o'clock, but nothing was done worthy of mention.
