Outrage. --On Friday last a drunken soldier without cause or provocation, followed Mr. E. B. Cook's servant man, George, into his master's farm, near Fulton's Hill, in Henrico county, and deliberately knocked him down for dead with a stone. The enrage was perpetrated in the absence of all white persons, and for that reason the offender will probably escape all punishment.
