Gov. Vance at Kittrell's. --Gov. Vance, we learn, spent several days at Kittrell's Springs last week. On Saturday the ladies called him "out" and demanded a speech, and of course he responded. He spoke of "subjugation" in reference to the war as impossible, and declared our independence as a fixed fact; but he declared that nothing kept our independence off more than those at home, out of the army, throwing cold water on the cause, instead of using their efforts to encourage and brace up the brave men who are battling for our rights. The ladies cheered and clapped their fair hands and said amen to the sentiment.
