Dismissed. --Wm. Banks, a free negro, was caught in the street on Friday night last, beating a drum and without a proper pass. His good character being certified to the Mayor discharged him. A little boy, named James Sullivan, in company with some other boys, went into the gun store of Mr. James Walsh, on Main street, on Friday afternoon last, and took from his drawer a considerable sum of money.
