--Timothy Kent and Thomas Long were arrested on Wednesday night last on the complaint of John Layne, for being drunk and disorderly in his saloon, on the corner of Main and 10th streets.--Both of them, being paroled Confederate soldiers, were sent to the Provost Marshal.
