Judge Lyons's Court. --This Court met yesterday pursuant to adjournment. John F. Pierce appeared and took the usual oath to entitle him to practice law before this Court. Richard N. Binns, charged with stealing a horse belonging to Littlebury Adams, was arraigned, and the case continued till the November term of the Court. John Bolton, charged with stealing a watch belonging to George L. Sinton, of the value of $500, was sent to the penitentiary for five years. William into the dwelling-house of Thomas Newcomb, and stealing one watch of the value of $20, one pair of boots of the value of $40, one pair of pants of the value of $20, one pair of shoes of the value of $10, one hat of the value of $5, and one cloak of the value of $10, from the said dwelling-house, was examined, and a true bill being found against him he was sent on to be tried before Judge Lyons. The Magistrates will meet in called session this morning to examine into two cases of felony.
