Found guilty. --James Smith, Michael Holland, and Patrick Livingston, indicted for garroting and robbing Philip L. Gregory, on the night of the 18th of May, have been tried before Judge Lyons, of the Hustings Court. Smith and Holland were found guilty, and their punishment ascertained at six years in the Penitentiary. Livingston was acquitted, because of the fact that the witness for the Commonwealth was not positive as to his identity.
