Instructing Delegates.
--At the large meeting of citizens convened at the African Church last Friday night, to hear the able and eloquent address of the Hon. C. W. Russell, great feeling was manifested to discover some plan for the people from the iron grasp of extortioners and speculators.

The question on being put to vote was carried by an overwhelming aye — but four or five persons voting in the negative.
