Confederate Victory in Louisiana Mobile, Nov. 19. --A special dispatch to the Advertiser and Register, dated Tangipahoa, 16th inst., says: A letter received from a member of Gen. Green's Staff announces the defeat of two Yankee columns in Louisiana.
