" beg leave to report that, after a full and patient investigation, the committee are unanimously of the opinion that the charge is not sustained by the evidence, and recommend that no further action should be had in the case of Rev. P. W. Archer. [Signed by all of the committee.] The report was unanimously agreed to by the Conference, and his character passed.
