The Beef case. --The Mayor has under consideration the application of Mr. Tyler, Clerk of the Second Market, for a new hearing in the case of John Jaiser and Early Corbin. Some days since, it will be remembered, the Mayor confiscated a lot of beef owned by Jaiser and Corbin, but on the next day reversed his decision because of the fact that he had allowed the informant, who was to receive a portion of the beef, to testify.--Mr. Tyler has asked for a new hearing because of misrepresentatio Market, for a new hearing in the case of John Jaiser and Early Corbin.
