The Legislature. The Senate met at the usual hour. Prayer by Rev. Mr. Minnegerode. Beckley, Brigadier-General commanding the 12th brigade of Virginia militia, $150 for services rendered by him, and of repealing or amending the Stay law. A memorial was presented by Mr. Diliard, asking the Legislature to refund to him a sum of money improperly paid into the Treasury.
