The siege of Charleston. Charleston, Dec. 21. --All quiet last night. Nothing new this morning. [Second Dispatch.] Charleston, Dec. 21. --There is very little change in the position of affairs. Some few shots have been exchanged between the enemy's batteries and our own. There has been no firing on Sumter. The enemy continues to work on Gregg and Wagner, extending the flanks of the former and sodding the latter. No important movements of the fleet. A calcium light has been displayed for two nights past, reflecting on the city.
