Siege of Charleston. --Tuesday was the 166th day of the siege of Charleston, S. C. The Courier Says: The only firing on the part of the enemy on Morris Island, since Sunday afternoon, has been two shots, which were fired at Fort Moultrie about half-past 10 Monday morning.
