Trial of Fords.
--The trial of Robert S. Forde was resumed in Judge Lyons's Court yesterday morning.
At half past 2 o'clock the evidence for the defence was concluded, when Judge Dougherty, of Columbus.
Ga., opened the argument for the Commonwealth, and occupied the time of the Court for two hours and a half, after which an adjournment was had till this morning at 10 o'clock. Judge D's speech is said to have been a most powerful effort.
Judge Crump will open for the defence.
