Affairs at Vicksburg. Meridian, Jan. 26 --The enemy exhibit unusual activity at Vicksburg. Reinforcements have been sent there from Memphis. Sherman and Staff arrived there recently, but their destination is unknown. Stark's cavalry had a skirmish with the enemy at Messenger's Ferry, on Big Black, a few days ago. Some prisoners were taken and a number of Yankees killed. Our cavalry had a brush with the Maine brigade, near Rodney, on the 18th, defeating the Yankees. [second Dispon Big Black, a few days ago.
