rave charge. --A young man named Thomas J. Horsley, belonging to some cavalry company, was arrested at the Ballard House on Thursday night last, by officers Pleasants and Granger, charged with having been engaged with a party of men in King William county, some days since, in robbing Wm. Caspary of $970 in gold, $250 in silver, $76 in greenbacks, $500 in Confederate notes, and a watch and chain valued at $500. When arrested, Horsley had in his possession several hundred dollars in gold and ich he said had been given him by one Lieutenant Schriver, who was of the party that originally took the money from Caspary.
