A Daring Theft --Yesterday morning, about half-past 10 o'clock, Mr. Wm. H. Waring, a member of company F, 3d Virginia cavalry, drove up to the house of a relative on the corner of Monroe and Marshall streets, and dismounted his horse in front of the residence before entering. Not more than a half hour elapsed before be again sought his horse to ride back to his regiment, when, to and behold! some thief had stepped up in his absence and rode the animal off. Mr. Waring, has ledged complay F, 3d Virginia cavalry, drove up to the house of a relative on the corner of Monroe and Marshall streets, and dismounted his horse in front of the residence before entering.
