Shrives, laborer, and two members of the 13th Lincoln Western Virg Morgan county in same Legislature; Robert Flas, Commonwealth's Attorney for Morgan county, formerly a county Judge in Missouri; Thos. These prisoners have come on to swell the number at Richmond.--They conversed very freely, and expressed their gratification being so kindly treated by our people.
