Three hundred dollars reward. --Ran away on the 6th March, my negro man John 25 years old, 5 feet 7 or 8 inches high, very state has a round face, high forehead full head of hair and of good countenance very black, and is a blacksmith, and on when he left jeans pantaloon, blue jacket and a pair of boots he was reside in Powhatan by Philip St. George Cooke. I purchased him of John R Sedgwick in December last. I will give the above reward for him if delivered to Lee A. Bownian, Richmond, Va. or to me at Wythsville, Va.
