County Court. --Wm. Woods and Henry P. Burton, soldiers, charged with assaulting, Col. T. A. Lacy on the Seven Mile road, on the 15th of March last, and robbing him of one hundred and fifty dollars were examined before this Court yesterday and acquitted of the charge of robbing, but sent on to the May term of the Court to answer for the assault. They were admitted to ball in the sum of $500 each.
