Important decision — constitutionality of the Habeas corpus Suspension. --An important decision was rendered by Judge Halyburton, in the District Court, on yesterday, sustaining the constitutionality of the act suspending the privilege of the writ of habeas corpus. The argument of the case occupied the time of the Court for some two or three weeks, as the petitioners were represented by some nine or ten lawyers of eminence, and the Government by Mr. Aylett and Judge Monroe. The decision put to rest all the objections which were taken by the learned counsel to the act.
