The Baltimore Gazette, of the 6th and 7th instant, has been received. In New York on the 6th, at 10 P M, gold was quoted at 173. The following is the Gazette's summary of news: The army of the Potomac. On Wednesday Gen Meade, preparatory to the movement which has taken place, issued an address to his troops, announcing that they were once more about to advance against the enemies of their country, and exhorting them to bear with patience the hardships and sacrifices they would 6th, at 10 P M, gold was quoted at 173.
