Hustings Court. --This court sat at 11 o'clock yesterday morning, and appointed the commissioners and conductors for the general election to be held in the city on the 4th Thursday in this mouth. The usual gentlemen were appointed to fill these offices. Nolle prosequi were entered in several misdemeanor charges against George Bunker, that individual having been sent to the penitentiary for robbing Mr. Alexander Craig. Eliza Liggon was examined and sent on, for stabbing Aberdeen Cephas. John Minter and George Green, small boys, were examined and sent on for breaking into Charles Eckhardt's dwelling-house, and stealing $2,000. Lucy Thompson, free negro, was tried, and sundered to be sold into slavery for stealing a quantity of clothing from Anne Brackett.
