A Daring Theft.
--Yesterday morning some adroit thief stole from the yard in the rear of the War Department a very fine horse which belonged to Capt. John W. Riley, Assistant Adjutant Gen'l.
This makes the third horse which Capt. R. has had stolen from him within a few months.
