A question of law. --R Laton Bohannon, a young man belonging in this city, who has for years been regarded as a lunatic, has recently been examined by the Medical Examining Board at Camp Lee and pronounced fit for service. Bohannon has frequently been arraigned before the Courts of Richmond on the charge of larceny, and on Bohannon has frequently been arraigned before the Courts of Richmond on the charge of larceny, and on one occasion was examined by a commission of lunacy, composed of some of the most experienced medical men of this city, who pronounced him crazy, and sent him to the lunatic asylum at Staunton, where he would still be had not a gentleman from this city volunteered to become surety for his proper deportment if set at liberty.
