Arrival of Yankee raiders. --There arrived in this city yesterday 269 Yankee prisoners, including the following officers, all of whom were captured at Reams's Station, on the Petersburg and Weldo. Railroad, on the 29th ult: Major T McLennard, 22d N Y cavalry; Capts H C Pike, co D, 2d Ohio; A M Benson, co H, 1st D C cavalry; F S Chase, co H, 2d Ohio cavalry; Benj Bennett, co G, 23d N Y; 1st Lieuts J H Kane, co I, 1st Conn; B M Whittemore, co C, 5th N Y; 2d Lieuts M Cowdery, co D, 2d Ohio; G B Dyer, co E, 1st Conn; Surgeon D B Vanslack, 22d N Y; Assistant Surgeons O H Adams, 8th N Y, and Patrick Harvey, 5th Pa. From an inspection of the roll of these prisoners there seems to be a vast preponderance of the foreign element among them. They were consigned to the Libby.

On account of the absence of the Mayor, who had previously had the cases under consideration, the following were continued: William, slave of Samuel Fauntleroy, and William, slave of A F Gooch, charged with breaking into the house of Mrs Mary Harris, and stealing therefrom two bombazine dresses, valued at $200; Jordan Miller, charged with having in his possession a bay mare, valued at $500, the property of Edwin J Duval, knowing her to have been stolen, and with stealing a horse, valued at $400, from some person unknown; and Rose, slave of Holeman Duval, charged with stealing a lot of boots and shoes, valued at $500, from Charles Callman. William, slave of Spotts & Harvey, arrested without a proper pass, and having a pair of galter shoes which were stolen from M Mitterdorfer, was ordered to be whipped. The same disposition was made in the case of Abraham, slave of Childrey & Jones, and Jesse, slave of Geo Baldwin, for trespassing upon the premises of Mrs Watkins.
