Sent on for examination. --Mrs. Elizabeth Holmes and Oscar, her son, were brought before Justice Elijah Baker, of Henrico, yesterday, the first on the charge of receiving, and the last named charged with stealing, several bushers of corn from William Timberlake. After an examination into the facts of the case, they were remanded for indictment by the grand jury of the County Court in September.
