valuable Dwelling and Premises at the Southeast Corner of Marshall and Eighth streets, and two Likely Young Negro men, at Auction, By virtue of the will of C. J. Macmurdo, Jr., dec'd, and at the request of the parties interested, I shall, as Executor, expose to sale, at public auction, upon the premises, on Monday, the 19th day of September, at 4½ o'clock P.
